Once you reach out, we’ll start with a quick discovery chat to understand your business, your goals, and what you need from your website. From there, we’ll recommend the best package for you. After that, we gather your content (like text and images), then build your site in Squarespace. You’ll get a chance to review and request edits before we launch.
It depends on the package you choose and how quickly we get the content from you. Most projects take:
- Starter sites: 2–3 weeks
- Growth builds: 3–4 weeks
- Premium packages: 4–6 weeks
We’ll give you a clear timeline before we begin, and keep you in the loop throughout.

Yes! Squarespace is designed for non-tech users. We’ll hand the site over fully set up and walk you through how to make edits to your text, images, and pages. No ongoing tech skills required.
Most packages include a short handover session and a custom guide so you feel confident updating your site. We also offer optional ongoing support if you’d prefer us to manage changes for you.
Absolutely — all Squarespace sites are fully responsive, meaning your website will look great on phones, tablets, and desktops.
Yup! Squarespace includes built-in tools for eCommerce, online bookings, and payments. If your business needs those features, we’ll help set them up and show you how to manage them.

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. This gives you a chance to review the site and request any changes before we go live. We’ll confirm what’s included upfront — and if you need more, we can add them at an agreed rate.
We work within the flexibility of Squarespace, which means we can personalise templates to suit your brand — think layout tweaks, styling, and structure. We don’t offer full custom coding, but we can still get creative with what Squarespace allows.

You do. We believe your website should always belong to you — that means it’s built in your own Squarespace account, and you retain full ownership from day one. If we start it in our account for convenience, we’ll transfer it to you before going live.
Yes. The site is either built in your account or transferred to you before launch, so you have full admin access. You’ll be able to manage billing, domains, and content freely — no strings attached.
Absolutely. If you’d like us to continue supporting your site, you can simply invite us as an Administrator to your Squarespace account. We’ll be able to make updates or changes as needed, and you stay in full control. If support ends, just remove our access — simple as that.

We don’t provide full copywriting, or logo design.
We offer basic SEO setup as part of your website build. This includes things like page titles, descriptions, and setting up your site for search engines to help you get started.
For our premium package, we offer extra SEO services such as meta descriptions, image optimisations, Google Analytics and Search console set-up and more.
If you need copywriting support for your website, we can take on that service for an additional cost. Just let us know!
Yes, we can integrate your website with your social media accounts and set up email marketing tools like Mailchimp or Squarespace’s built-in email campaigns. We can also add social media buttons and embed feeds to make it easier for visitors to engage.
